The SIGPLAN Professional Activities Committe (PAC) provides travel awards for travel to SIGPLAN sponsored conferences. The grants are potentially available to:

students who are presenting a paper at the conference (there are no poster sessions at VEE)
companions of SIGPLAN members with physical disabilities or small children
